ZoneAlarm Extreme Security is not interfering with it (never has done). I'm running WinXP Home SP3 with all patches etc. I've tried it in all the USB sockets and it's the same red/green issue. It's kept in it's case and I even have the original plastic bag for it when not in use. I've never had a problem with this key since buying SB Pro PE on first release. The game does launch, but during play I often see the 'Ensure the Codememter Stick is plugged into a USB port' message appear and the game drops out. 11-red flashes and the last 3 are a bit quicker.
